The line of preserved products prepared by Tenuta di Fassia respects traditional farming methods and only selects ripe and fragrant black summer truffles. This product allows our clients to have them available all year round. We recommend to use them together with butter with truffles or truffle olive oil, on pasta or rice dishes.
Ingredients: Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), water, salt. Sterilized product. Does not require refrigeration until opened. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 14 days. |
